Jill Shea is a Principal with the firm Shea Retirement Services, Inc. in Irvine, California. The firm is located in Capistrano Beach.

Jill has specialized in retirement planning since 1992. Before starting her own firm, Jill spent 5 years at Mercer servicing and marketing to mid-market corporate retirement plans. Jill began her retirement career at an Aegon NV subsidiary, spending nine years as Vice President at Zahorik Company, Inc. in Pasadena focusing on large non-profit 403(b) hospital plans.

Jill resides in Irvine, California with her husband and two sons.
